- The machine has three processing units: punching, shearing and bending, adopts Siemens PLC of Germany.
- A wide range of tooling is available for different bending operations.
- The main function is processing copper and aluminium busbar with different specifications.
- Only need to select the corresponding processing unit, it can do different kinds of processing for copper and aluminium busbar quickly and easily, such as shearing, punching (circular hole and oblong hole), flat/horizontal bending, vertical bending U-bending, embossing, flat pressing, twisting, cable connector processing etc.
- The shearing position adopts double pillar structure with flat shears, no waste, no burrs and no collapse feet.
- The four-hole, six-hole and eight-hole rotary tower die nesting system made of ductile iron has long service life, high accuracy and easy replacement.
