Mechanical Structure

  • The machine is design as the open bending structure, the working platform is whole welded. Through the vibration aging treatment and heat treatment, remove the internal stress, it can effectively guarantee its stiffness and strength.

Main Drive Section

  • The main drive part of the machine adopts the popular servo drive form, with novel structure, abundant power and easy operation. No oil pollution for the work area, noise reduction, small occupation area, environmental protection and practical.
  • The output force can reach 350KN, the servo drive easily controllable, and precisely and accurately linked with the PLC.

X-Axis Block Gauge

  • The block gauge of the machine adopts modular design. According to customer needs, we can select the required block gauge length. The block gauge is driven by servo motor, high precision Taiwan HIWIN ball screw and linear guide rail, The operation is stable and high positioning accuracy.

Electrical Parts

  • Taiwan Panel Master as the touch screen. The bending program is developed and copy righted by our company. The interface is clear and simple for operation, very easy to learn for non professional workers.
