  • Adopting high strength steel frames and Quenching & Grinding Process for Slide and Guide, which results in high accuracy and provides increased tool life.
  • Crankshaft made of Forged 42CrMo alloy material, precision-machined gears and drive train section are designed for efficient power transmission, resulting in quiet operation and longer life.
  • ST series power press are dry clutch system, Providing a longer service life of the clutch system, higher single stroke rate and high torque output performance.
  • Wet Clutch can be provided as optional. Siemens based controller and user-friendly touch screen interface are standardized in all QIAOSEN’s presses.
  • ST Series provides ease of use and extendable capabilities, easy to incorporate with other automation system.
