  • STE series power press is straight side unitized frame double crank two point press, Suitable for blanking, trimming, bending, punching, forming and drawing and used for progressive tool.
  • STE series power press is built for JIS Class 1 accuracy standards.
  • STE Series provides ease of use and extendable capabilities, easy to incorporate with other automation system.
  • STE series power press are wet clutch system, Providing a longer service life of the clutch system, higher single stroke rate and high torque output performance.
  • Adopting the 8-Points Slide Guiding which makes the presses to have it’s unique stronger stability, higher accuracy and design of intermediate gears increases the both spacing of the two sides main gears and the two sides crankshafts, which improves resistance to eccentric-load.
  • Crankshaft made of Forged 42CrMo alloy material, precision-machined gears and drive train section are designed for efficient power transmission, resulting in quiet operation and longer life.
  • Siemens based controller and user-friendly touch screen interface are standardized in all QIAOSEN’s presses.
