Description

NC Controller

  • Offers Two Variants - 67K Series & 67E Series
  • 67K Series offers Estun E21 Controller. The back gauge is controlled by Stepper motor. This series is provided with Standard clamping system.
  • 67E series offers Estun E300P Controller - 2 Axis CNC The back gauge is servo driven and provides good accuracy, faster response and excellent repeatability Estun E300P series can control X and Y axis and the bending steps can be edited in the controller. This series machines are provided with Quick Clamping as stand supply
  • In addition, Estun E300P Controller have Angle Programming functions and also Manual R Axis functions which facilitate bending functions easier and simpler. In addition to E 300P, ADH also offers DA41T controller which makes this machine, a Semi CNC machine.

Hydraulic System

  • High quality hydraulic valve - Rexroth - is adopted, which is responds to high pressure, durable and trouble free.
  • This facilitates Ram's rapid descent & slow descent, working speed and rapid return. It also helps responds fast to emergency stop of ram during the process of up and down movement of Ram.
  • The machine can work continuously under the rated load, the hydraulic system has no leakage and is continuously stable with high precision.

Main Drive

  • As a well-known brand in Germany, Siemens motor has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, large starting torque, good performance, low noise, low vibration, high reliability, power level and installation size in line with IEC standards and convenient use and maintenance.
  • ADH can customize the power and voltage according to the customer's country specific voltage & frequency.

Hydraulic Oil Pump

  • The oil pump Sunny from USA - branded gear pump with low noise, made of high-strength cast iron, unique internal noise reduction design and can withstand high pressure.
  • Low sensitivity to oil pollution to ensure long service life.

Back gauge

  • Independently designed high-precision rear stop assembly, equipped with high-precision ball screw, adjustable stop finger and manual lifting, which can adapt to different punches.

Electrical Components​

  • It adopts genuine Schneider, imported from France, which is stable and durable with long service life.
  • Equipped with Estun original adaptive electrical box assembly, with strong anti-interference ability and stable electrical operation.

Table Crowning

  • The optional Mechanical compensation worktable can eliminate the influence of ram deformation on bending accuracy by adjusting the bulge at each position in the middle (multi-point compensation worktable / manual deflection compensation worktable), and correct the angle error at different positions in the middle.

Punches & Dies

  • Press brake punches and dies will be one of the most important topics we discuss before you place the order. Any bending shape will be completed by a suitable set of punch and die. We can provide appropriate toolings according to different bending requirements of customers.

Torsion-sync Bar
